Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

At YINA, we offer complimentary free shipping & handling on domestic U.S. orders over $80.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We cannot guarantee date of arrival with our free shipping option and orders typically take 3-10 business days to arrive once processed and shipped.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take a few extra days for package to arrive. YINA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped out from our warehouse. Please contact us at hello@yina.co if you have any questions.

Please note shipping will be delayed during U.S. public holidays.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer UPS 2nd Day Air for expedited shipping. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST for same-day processing.  Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

** We provide complimentary standard international shipping for orders over $300.  Orders under $300 shipping will be calculated at checkout.  International orders are shipped via Passport Shipping, depending on the destination country rates and carriers will be different. 

International shipping outside of the U.S. may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees, depending on destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.  If the shipment is refused, the purchaser is responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise credit. Shopify MarketsPro will assist in calculating taxes, duties and fees prior to checkout.
