5 Tips for Dry Winter Skin

Get enough sleep. During sleep, blood flow to your skin increases to help rebuild collagen and repair UV damage that causes wrinkles and hyper-pigmentation. There's a good reason why it's called beauty sleep.
Eat these foods - fatty fish, avocados, nuts, sesame seeds, green tea, dark leafy greens, citrus fruits and dark chocolate (yes!) are full of beneficial nutrients for your body and skin.
